I’ve owned the Audio Envy Quad Power since August of 24′. Captain custom fitted mine with external ground wires which I used to ground his world-class SP-14 speaker cables. However, until February of 25′, none of my components were plugged into the Quad Power, I had to only been using it to ground the SP-14s…my Integrated amp, streamer, and DAC had all been plugged into a Puritan 156, and with it’s accompanying Ultra cable, a $3200 retail value. Well, on day in early February 24′, I thought I would compare the industry lauded Puritan to Audio Envy’s humble $389 Quad Power…Ladies & Gentlemen, it wasn’t even close! My system plugged into the Quad Power has more of everything, the unencumbered clarity is superior to when the nearly 10x the cost Puritan 156 was powering my system. Things are just a little more open…Needless to say, The Puritan 156 was sold! Stick with Audio Envy…by far the best cabling/power value in the audiophile hobby!
