How to care for your cable

Audio Envy cables have a unique and beneficial  feel over other cables.

  1. Never disassemble connector or remove barrel from cable. The threads are sealed with adhesive to prevent damage to the delicate internal components.  Doing so could damage your cable and equipment.  Please contact Audio Envy for repairs and service.
  2. Do not impose intentional harm to your cable.  Avoid bending the cable at hard right angles. Do not flex cable back and forth at a hard right angles. Do not submerge the cable with solvent, chemicals, liquids, or high heat. Clean the cables with a damp cloth.
  3. Please grip the connector’s barrel, not the wire, during installation and removal.
  4. Avoid touching the contacts of connector, and clean as needed with a soft cloth and alcohol
  5. Understanding directional use. The logo is located on the source side. The source is where the signal starts, “like Guitar” and the destination is where the signal flows to “Amplifier.”
  6. If the cable has been stored in the cold, allow time for it to adjust to room temperature before uncoiling.  Treat the Audio Envy cables with the same respect you would any quality piece of gear.
