Warranty

Audio Envy llc offers a seven year limited warranty on cables and a five year limited warranty on speakers to the original purchaser.

Manufacturer warrants that Audio Envy products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when shipped. Warranty does not include malfunction caused by accident, misuse, and contact with solvent chemicals, liquids, or inappropriate audio-visual equipment. A slight cosmetic defect does not qualify for refund or exchange.

Misuse includes the following:

Bending the cable at hard right angles. Multiple consecutive bends at the same location will damage the conductors.
Purchaser alters or tampers with the product in any way or uses the product for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.

Warranty claims must have original receipt matching our data system. Cable will be repaired, replaced, or refused at the discretion of Audio Envy llc.
